PARKS:
Owns and operates parks in Cabell and Wayne Co. with shelters and various facilities available for rent.

> Altizer Park: Eastern end of Altizer Ave., Huntington with playground & open play space, parking, softball/soccer field, basketball court, picnic shelter and restrooms.
> April Dawn Park: Mason and Smith St., Milton with playground, spray ground, open play space, grills, electrical outlets, parking, picnic shelter with restrooms.
> Harveytown Park: Harveytown Rd, Huntington - past the Johnstown fork. Shelter, restrooms, sheltered picnic facility with 6 tables (1 is handicapped accessible), a grill, a water fountain and electrical outlet.
> McClelland Park: 27 St and Riverside Ave., Huntington - beside the Ohio River. 2 Championship tennis courts, regulation size basketball court, parking lot, walking trail.
> Memorial Park, 1301 Memorial Blvd., Huntington with walking trail, swings, sliding boards, grill, water fountain, picnic shelter and portable restroom.
> Prindle Field: Behind the old Marshall University Stadium and bordered by Charleston Ave. Little league field and regulation adult softball field. These fields also used for soccer and football.
> Ritter Park, 12th St and 13th Ave., Huntington with shelter, restrooms, grills, electrical outlets, open play space, playground with "Dinosauer Dig", walking trail, parking. Amphitheater for 1000 people (dressing rooms and restrooms), Rosegarden Room with A View (with a meeting room, kitchen facility and restrooms), open air picnic tables. Location for Ritter Park Tennis Center with 11 outdoor courts and 4 indoor courts, restrooms, and instructional programs for beginners to advanced players.
> Rotary Park off Rt. 60 East in Huntington near Roby Rd. with observation tower, open play space, , ball fields, basketball court, hiking trails, shelter, restrooms, grill, electrical outlets, water fountain, playground, parking and disc golf course.
> RPA Park: On Spring Valley Dr. in west Huntington. Basketball court and playground
> St. Cloud Commons at 1701 Jackson Ave., Huntington with open play space, ballfields, basketball court, volleyball court, playground, parking, air-conditioned lodge with tables, chairs, restrooms, kitchen facilities, meeting rooms.
> Westmoreland Park on Vernon St., west end of Huntington with open play space, basketball court, tennis court, playground, shelter, grill, water fountain, parking.

CAMP FACILITIES:
> Camp Mad Anthony Wayne: 2125 Spring Valley Dr., Huntington. (Two miles from the VA Hospital) Cabins, open play space, playground, hiking trails, Disc Golf course, picnic tables, parking, open campfire circle, and lodge (Sleeps 28 people, 9 tables, 70 chairs, restrooms and shower facilities. Fireplaces with wood provided. Kitchen facilities with accessories.)

OTHER FACILITIES:
> Heritage Village: 210 Eleventh St., Huntington. Was the Baltimore and Ohio passenger station, constructed in the late 19th century. Restored steam engine #4559 and pullman car. Gazebo and historic Bank of Huntington.
> Portable Mobile Stage: 30'x16' or half stage 30'x8'. Used for outdoor concerts, debates or parades.

> MUSIC: Free outdoor concerts held at various parks.

M-F: 8:30 am-1 pm at the Veterans Memorial Field House, except during events.

VOLUNTEERISM:
Utilizes volunteers for assistance with camps, concerts and park maintenance.
