| Description: | FOOD PANTRY: Provides food once/ month. Distributes commodities and food from the Huntington Area Food Bank. WAYNE COUNTY WORK CAMP: Joint project with First Presbyterian Church of Huntington to repair dwellings in southern Wayne Co. The homes must be located south of Route 37. Must apply before mid-March. Applications taken at Cabwaylingo Presbyterian Chapel. AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING PROGRAM: Offers after school tutoring at the Chapel on Thursday afternoons from 3:30-6:00. K-12 with snacks and access to computers. Has a small lending library for younger children. |
