| Description: | SERViCES: > Creates and maintains an emergency response plan at the county level for chemical spills, natural disasters, and weather-related incidents. > Receptor of Tier II reports (listing of Sara Title 3 requirements) i.e. hazardous chemicals > Installs early warning sirens > Maintains a file of all hazardous releases or spills, available for public viewing. Note: Call 911, not this office, if there is an emergency incident that needs to be reported. |
