| Description: | SERVICES: Short-term, inpatient facility providing: > Pain and symptom control > Respite care > End of life care > Daily visit from a Hospice physician to ensure the patient receives the medication and treatment needed to be comfortable. > Care through a team of nurses, certified nursing assistants and social workers with specialized training to meet the needs of hospice patients > 14 patient rooms with scenic views > A laundry room > Soothing spa for patients > A fully equipped family kitchen with a large screen TV and sitting area for family members, > Two parlor rooms which may be used for consultation or as a private area for family members > Children's playroom fully equipped with books, videotapes, toys, a television and computer games |
