Reaching You By E-mail
Hold pickup notices and overdue notices now can be sent by e-mail instead of as a letter in the mail. This service will be available to those patrons who have provided their current e-mail address on their library card application form.
E-mail notification will be a quicker way to inform patrons that items they have ordered have arrived for pick-up or that they have overdue items that need to be returned or renewed. Sending patrons e-mails also will save the library postage.
If you want receive notifications by e-mail, check with your local library to make sure your current e-mail address is on your patron record. Or just submit your e-mail address to email@example.com.
